Been bringing my car here for a few years now. Early on I went to the dealer while the warranty was in effect. Then I started getting tired of the trek down to the dealer in Peabody. So I performed a search on the web and saw some good things about them. I live in condo, so I asked some of my neighbors about them and I heard two things, their gas is so expensive, and more importantly to me as I was looking for a good mechanic, these guys are great when it comes to taking car of my vehicle. So I scheduled a synthetic oil change with one of their guys. I figured, let's walk before we run. They were nice on the phone when scheduling the appointment. They asked how I had heard about them which I thought was pretty smart and a good sign. I came in on the scheduled day and time and they had me in and out in a timely fashion. No high pressure sales or drama. Really enjoyable experience. I got a thank you card in the mail a couple weeks later and it asked for me to keep them in mind in the future if I needed anything. I thought it was a nice touch as it was hand written and didn't look like one of the generic ones I get from the dealer from time to time. Well that was the beginning and now four years later I'm still going there. They know me by name when I call or walk in. The remember much of the service history off the top of their heads, but they also have unbelievable records that they can call up on a moments notice. A lot has changed since I started coming here - got a dog, then got married and have a couple kids now. We service my Audi (they're keeping it going, so why trade it in), the wife's Honda and our BMW weekend car here and have truly never had a complaint. And as for their gas prices, they've explained it to me a couple times, they don't set the price and they lease the property from a "Big Oil" company. They wish their price was cheaper too.
